This comprehensive program will identify problems with former diets using questionnaires to identify current nutrition and lifestyle habits and a Metabolic Typing Questionnaire to identify your individual genetically-based nutrition and diet requirements. Together we will analyze the roadblocks to success, and provide physical and psychological intervention strategies unique to you!

In-home or studio fitness program - 5 Flex-Hours may include Program Re-design, additional meal planning work, exercises for home, at work, or at the studio - whatever is best for you!

3. Comprehensive Coaching - 24 Hours
$1415
- Initial Coaching Session ( 1-2 hours)
- Evaluation of Questionnaires (1 hour)
- 12 One-hour coaching sessions including:
