We have just the right program for you! We have many options available. You can choose a fitness package, a holistic lifestyle package, or a combination of both. And, if that doesn't seem 'right' for you, let us help you create one that meets your needs or schedule. We can create programs at our studio or at your home. Just let us know what you want. And, if you are working with a doctor, a physical therapist or alternative care provider, we can either adjust your program or work alongside your doctors or therapists so that you will get the best and safest program. We will be your coach and cheerleader! We are passionate about you health as you 'Train for Longevity.'

Fitness Matters incorporates a full wellness program to keep you strong and fit. Fitness Matters designs one or all of the following fitness approaches according to your needs: cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, core, balance, agility, power, and flexibility.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Package

We offer a variety of fitness packages in the privacy of your home or at our studio. All sessions are one-hour long and can be one-on-one, partner training, or small group training. Packages include:

• 8, 16, or 32 one-on-one session packages with a certified personal trainer.

• 4 or 8 duet sessions with a partner (spouse, family member or friend).

• 10 small group sessions with a certified personal trainer. You can share the hour with 3 or 4 of your friends or family members!

HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE

As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Marilyn uses a holistic healing approach through mindful awareness activities to resolve inner conflicts that prevent successful weight loss.

Success for any performance begins in the mind; so it is for the person who wants to lose weight. Specifically, Marilyn works with 'dieters' to re-direct their attitudes towards eating and re-discover new ways to nourish their minds and bodies so they never have to diet again!

"What we say makes a difference.; what we believe makes a powerful difference." This personal approach incorporates weekly coaching sessions with clients and/or movement-based functional fitness.
